multiplyer jumps around

while looking in cpu-z watching the multiplyer jump from x6 to x9 and the clock goes from 2000 to 3000 is this normal? i did a search but found nothing

yes...it's C1E in BIOS...it lowers the multi when it's idle to save energy

You need to disable Speedstep and C1E in the BIOS. And you did a horrible search caused I found it in .2 seconds lol
