Well, I've come to the conclusion that my PSU is in fact being overworked. When I bring up ATI tool or Orthos for stress testing, my +12V drops and my fans also run at slightly slower RPM. Time to place another order on newegg...

I was just going to say, that HWMonitor reads my 12v on a Tt TR2 as 7volts. It just might not be accurate.
