There all good...
Dependent on the ICs and PCB used, each may OC better than the other.
OCZ and Mushkin are known to be of a higher quality for OCing level than the A-Data though... but again, that would be dependent on the ICs and PCB used.
Warranty factors are also a part of the equation when OCing too.

I haven't used A-data ram, they tend to be a bit of a budget company, though I have one of their SD Card's and its been flawless for a couple of years now. OCZ and Mushkin are both quality companies.

Mushkin Black is a step above the Platinum. Both are better than AData.
MUSHKIN!!!

Well, the Mushkin and A-Data have the best default timings
Oddly though, the A-Data have the highest posted voltage recommended.

Thanks for suggestions. I'll go either for OCZ or Mushkin. Like you said A- DATA seems like a budget solution.

My friend has 2x1 OCZ Platinium 1066.He gave me one of these sticks to test my mobo's 1066Mhz ram support (because my mobo supports only 800/667mhz ram).I tested and it worked (supported 1066 only with O.C.). But i'm not sure about Mushkin. So i guess i'll buy OCZ eventhough Mushkin is a better choice...

May I suggest you check your mobo thread and see if others are using the Mushkin. I don't know of any products that don't like them.
