Finally able to order my cpu and mobo, please help

The last time I posted here I wasn't able to actually come up with the money to get my cpu and mobo yet, but now I finished my taxes and got my refund and am ready to go. Any advice would be great, and appreciated.

After discussing here I saw that getting this processor would be best for me:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Kuma 2.7GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Dual-Core black edition Processor

Now the motherboard has really thrown me off. I've done lots of research and still feel like I'm banging my head against a wall. I THINK I've narrowed it down to 3 different choices. From what I've read since I may decide to overclock it a bit it would be best to stick with 790fx or 790gx NB and 750sb. I've found it impossible to find one with SLI capabilities although that's not a big deal since right now I don't see a reason to have to SLI. Anyway enough rambling these are the 3 that I think I've narrowed it down to, but I'm still open to suggestions.

This is the one I'm kinda leaning towards since I wanted to stay close to 100$US:
BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX A2+ AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

ASUS M3A78-T AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

DFI LANPARTY DK 790GX-M2RS AM2+/AM2 AMD 790GX ATX AMD Motherboard

As for the 790fx most of the ones in my price range seem to have the amd600sb and I'm not sure how that compares.

DFI LANPARTY DK 790FX-M2RS AM2+/AM2 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard

Also if you needed to know this is the vid card I'm running:
EVGA 512-P3-N871-AR GeForce 9800 GTX(G92) 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

If I were in your shoes and had less than 200$ to spend on a solid combo, I'd be grabbing the Kuma 7750 and the biostar as its AM2+ and its got the 750sb which is good for OCing. This combos got my vote!!!!

The Biostar MB are good midrange OCers but they tend to limit the voltages.
I've had Bios, ASUS and DFI boards and still like the DFI the best for the higher range OCing. ASUS susksIMHO, the only MBs I've ever had issues wht are ASUS and in both AMD and Intel systems. One DOA Crosshair, one crapping out and a flakey P5K that didn't like the Q6600 bahhh to Asus.

I agree, the recent asus boards arent what they used to be thats for sure. I still prefer them over biostar however. I would recommend either the DFI if you go advanced overclocking, or asus if you just want a bit of a nudge in speed down the line.
