v core 1.4 multiplier x15.0 and i am posting 3.0ghz solid as a rock
only problem i have no idea what temp to belive in core temp and everest and hwmonitor i am geting mid teens with oc, like 15idel 18load in asus utulity and bios i am geting 32 idel and 36 load
any ideas should i go out and drop $ 50 on a good temp probe bay display deal or am i all good
i know the chip has more but i dont want to cook it and ihave no idea what temp to go by

Your temps 15 idle to 36 load seem in line with mine. Mine are more like 23 idle to 42 load. I use freeware "Speed Fan" to monitor my temps.
I stopped messing with FSB settings because I get much better OCing with the mupltiplier settings.
Consider that these chips manage RAM direction rather than throught the MoBo, so adjusting FSB no longer directly impacts computing speed like it used to with regard to OCing RAM and CPU. This sounds weird at first, and took a long time for me to wrap my head around.
Primary computing speed adjustiment is to get 1066 RAM because this CPU is designed to operation RAM at 1066. And set proper timings and volts for the RAM. Straight out this is the singular most important computing aspect with this CPU.
Primary CPU OCing is generally with the multiplier, secondarily with the FSB settings. And most people I know are more stable at 200FSB. Some people use a combination of multiplier and FSB increases to squeek out a bit more speed, but increasing FSB hasn't helped me out much and sometimes also OC's my RAM in ways I don't want.
