Anyone can tell me what is the voltage and current on the stock blue LEDs?

If I were to add an additional resistor, I would probably use a dremmel to ream open the back of the black LED housing and loop the resistor out and back into the housing.

TOUGE Great guide! I would have eventually busted off the black housing before I would have thought desoldering was necessary.

Here is a great place to buy LEDs for this mod and for a really good deal. They even come with resistors!

When desinging the case they must have thought: "Red LEDs match that huge front mounted fan, lets get blue ones instead".

Honestly, why did they do this?

I don't think anyone knows. It was probably Cooler Master cutting some corners and said "Hey, we already have a bunch of blue LED's because that's what almost every case uses, let's just throw them in there, nobody will notice!"

Not to mention they're bright as hell. You could probably go blind by looking at them for more than 10 seconds
