Used to? Take it you moved up to bigger and better things?
Wanted to ask you also, do you watch movies also on your setup? If so where do you get them? Just currious...

Anyone try the new beta 197.75 drivers?

I cannot install my 3d vision drivers with these, and now I keep getting an error message so I wouldn't install these if you use 3d vision.

List has been updated.

@ KoukiFC3S

I don't update my drivers unless they have an updated 3d driver as well, for just that reason.

Yeah, the company had some very tough times so I had no choice.

I do not watch movies on it yet as I am too used to my Infocus 7210 12' wide image...that thing was like $8k when it came out...the razor sharp lens just destroys the Mitsu....but if I get anything 3D , I will indeed use it :-)

Yeah your running a 470 so only install the 3D Vision drivers that are linked on the display drivers page for you 470...I think the 400 series drivers are different than the regular 3D Vision drivers everyone else is using, not 100% though...

Lucky guy you, to have a 12' screen...
I am hoping Nvidia can make an adaptor for our DLP's so we can hook up 3 DLP's together for the ultimate 3D Vision surround setup...That would be so epic to play on...
So you use your projector for 3D purposes? I still want a 3D projector setup but the resolutions are crazy for the price...
Just re-read your post and it seems like you just have a projector and not as a 3D setup...correct?

Correct my beloved Infocus is 2D only. When 3D movies are available I hope we can use 3D vision and I won't mind watching them on the Mitsu at all, mind you the smaller size. It would be VERY hard to find an affordable 3D projector that can match my Infocus :-( I guess I can always have dual projectors...one for 3D only hehehe....if my wife does not kill me first.

I need to make up a picture guide for 3D movies for all of our members...You can go on youtube right now and download a 3D video to watch...Bet you didn't know that? Yeah the projectors are nice for the immersion it gives you but at a cost of resolution...

I have been a member of this site for a while now and I would suggest anyone who owns a 3D setup go over and check it out...They have alot of info and news there as well...

I am part of the 3d vision forum at the Nvidia forums too. Both nice places.
While my infocus is 720p and my Mitsu is 1080p, just like with cameras, the quality of the lens makes a bigger difference than the actual body for the most part....the sharpness and detail I get from the infocus is stunning.
Thanks for the heads up...I need to check that from youtube.
I have seen some nice 3d trailers from a user the nvidia forums.
Just downloaded the one for avatar but haven't seen it yet.
Cannot wait for 3D movies to become the standard, dont you agree? :-)

Youtube is so easy...

Quote:
@Kush
I was talking about converting a anaglyph DVD into a movie we can use on our 3D Vision glasses...Like this http://www.underground3dmovies.com/ there is a tutorial on the link. I haven't messed with it to much but everything is there and the programs are free to do it, just takes time to put the files back together...Looks like we got some things to learn LOL...

The youtube videos is easy and is good for some extra content...
#1 go here http://downloadyoutubevideos.com/ and download the plug-in
#2 then go here http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...1080+yt3d&aq=f
#3 find a 3D video you want to see and then add the url to the downloader from step #1
#4 save the file
#5 Right click file open with stereoscopic player
#6 make sure you select the proper format ie: over/under, field sequential
#7 put on glasses and enjoy the 3D

I hope you can understand my instructions, it's good for extra 3D content...Let me know if you need any more help with this...
Hope you don't mind I quoted myself...LOL
I will have a picture guide of this done by the end of the weekend since no one knows about it...They are short vids most of the time but if you dig enough you can find some good vids...Let me know if you try this out...

Also the top part that I quoted, there is a link there with a guide on how to convert color anaglyph movies to a 3D file we can use on our system...I own like 4 anaglyph movies and thought others might also and was a good guide to learn how to convert them for HD 3D use now...

Edit: Yes I agree and that is why I also own CyberLink PowerDVD 10 Ultra 3D. This program allows you to stick a DVD in your PC and with a push of a button it converts it into 3D for you...The quality is not the greatest but it works...
