Starcraft 2 has its own settings in-game for 3D you can adjust, so it's not like there's some technical hurdle.

Also, anyone notice that there is barely 20% performance drop from 2D to 3D in Crysis 2, of all games? Why the heck is the price of 3D around 50% in every other game?
Crysis 2 uses their own fake 3d method, so its not nvidias driver that are working & by that the graphicards dont have to work either as hard.
Thats why the 3d in crysis 2 look like crap compared to real nvidia 3d..

I would like to keep this strictly to Nvidia 3d Vision owners.

For the specific reason that no hdtv offers active shutter glasses technology with their glasses. So it would be like using the crappy glasses they have at the movies or even worse the red/blue glasses.

Note: To be added to the list you must provide a picture of your setup.

I've started to read this thread myself now. I'm planning on getting the Nvidia 3D glasses by Father's Day. It's the last step since December since building this rig from ground up. Total cost when complete $3100.

Will post back with my set up pic at that time. Excited to do some 3D gaming and ability to watch 3D movies.

Hey Lifeskills - change up your bio to show your GTX 570 graphics card and come over to the NVIDIA GTX 500 Series Owners Club thread and join up.

MY tv does have active shutter

Active 3D Glasses
Samsung C8000 and C7000 Series 3D LED TV uses 3D glasses with Active Shutter type, supporting 1,920 x 1,080 resolutions

Anyone find a way to disable the names of players that float above their heads in L4D2? It's the one element that's jarringly misrendered in the game.

Actually I think most 3D hdtv's use active shutter glasses. Polarized 3D glasses are definitely in the minority.

The tv's don't even accept a 120hz input... how could it utilize the active shutter glasses properly?

so im really happy to announce that i just ordered 2 more of the view sonic 22" 120hz monitors to go along with the one i already have, to run on my sig rig, cant wait to try out 3d vision surroud, although i play mosly multiplayer games, and it takes a while to get good in 3d, i got in bfbc2, its fun, i just realy never played games on 3 monitors, and especiialy in shooting games i think it could be of a huge advantage !!!!!!!!!!!

i thought that i could get away with using one viewsonic and 2 acer 22 monitors that are x223 model, but their sync polarity was differnt so i was unable to surround them, so i had to return it, cause i already had one acer, but now im just goingto keep that in the garage to have for my work when peopel bring me their rigs for fixing trouble shooint and such, man i cant wait to get these, im more excited then when i built my rig ahahahah

i will post pics and some benches soon, wondering if my 470 ram will hurt me a lot, since its not very much, but now when i play my games at max settings it never goes above 900 mb, so hopefully it will be enough.
