I'm sure you could mod it to work. I'd attach it somehow, then I'd actually cut out the entire area on the back of the case that matches and put a new grill there to increase air flow / decrease noise. You could also make a custom fan shroud / attachment on your own out of acrylic - OR , if no side window - even hard board / something easy to work with and cheap.

i have a vga cooler on mine just below the graphics card,but with you 2 cards its not possible as an option.

but what would work is to have the cooler on its side in line with your cards but blowing hot air out the back.
the space i am talking about is the grill with the small holes or on your p183 where the cooler pipes would exit.i will post a pic if i am not explaining this correctly.

update::
after looking at your pic you could fit the cooler at those holes although you will have to cut some more away.

Hi there fellow P1 fans! I'm just about to order my P193 myself and am thoroughly enjoying all the comparing and mentally installing my rig. I'm planning to get the H50 water cooler for the CPU and was hoping to mount it to the top front fan of the case as an exhaust (see link). But it seems there's not a lot of room there with MOBO and RAM stickin' out. Just wondering if my plan is feasible at all, any thoughts?

Thanks!

you should use the bottom compartment for you hdds it keeps their heat away from your other stuff.

thanks maxextz, I was thinking of putting my SSD in the top (as it shouldn't cause any heat anyway) and 2 HDDs in the bottom

Also, as I was reviewing the setup today, I was wondering if I'd have enough intake compared to all those exhaust fans... Am I gonna be creating a perfect vacuum inside the case?

For the top section:
Intake = 1x120mm & 1x200mm fans
Exhaust= 2x140mm on top, 1x120mm on the back & whatever GPU is spitting out...

In other words, would it even be a good idea to try to fit the H50 exhaust on top front 140mm? Any thoughts?

id just stick on the back it should be fine also you have 2 fans on top which is nice.if you put it on top your ram might be in the way?
anyway decisions decisions have fun.

I guess I'll just have to try it myself. Probably won't fit on top, else other people would have done it already I think!

If not, I'll probably just mount it on the back as I've seen others do and test it as both intake and exhaust to see what I like better...

And if that doesn't satisfy me.... I still have an idea of including an additional 120mm intake instead of the top 3 5.25" slots... but then where will I put my fan controller!? as you said, decisions decisions! Definitly gonne enjoy this though, probably ordering tomorrow after final check of all the hardware!

yea its all about messing around to see what works or not.ive thumb screws on my case its opened very often.

i have my fan controller in the bottom 5.25 enclosed drive bay as it in cases it better when using the guide rails.
you should fill in your system specs and post some pics of your new build.

Will do! I'm planning to keep track of the entire install at least with the photoalbum. Was a bit lazy to fill in specs for my current pc as it's far less interesting!
