I just printed my certificate to proudly display my completion of 100 work units. I started folding 3 weeks ago.

I know I could be a lot higher right now but unfortunately I've had folding off on my personal computer for long stress tests.

Being a quad core can I run 2 instances of CPU f@h? I would set the affinity for each instance getting 2 cores. I also run a GPU F@H.

Max temps I hit w/ one of each is 37 gpu, and about 43 cpu.

congrats and yes you can run 2 instances of F@h SMP on a quad core...

just use the -smp2 flag with each client

I run the windows version. is that -smp2 flag your referring to just a launch option? Or are you referring to a different client.

found my awnser on the -smp x flag.

We're stuck with A1 core under windows which is hardcoded for 4 cores unless some progress is made porting A2 core

you could run SMP and GPU on your sig rig.

if you feel up to it you could try 2x VMWare. there are guides around here to help with that. i just havent had much luck as of yet....... my rigs hate me.
