Hello all. I'm having a pretty major issue with my Bloodrage GTI. There's a thread about it here and from the responses I have gotten it seems one or two other people have it. It also seems to be rather uncommon.

Basically, when I set "System Turbo" (the setting that allows access to the overclocking settings when enabled), my computer won't boot. It goes to a black screen where it says:

"AHCI BIOS not installed" and also "WARNING! Over clock recovery occur. Starting in Safe Mode now."

As soon as I re-enter setup and turn "System Turbo" off, this error screen does not appear at startup anymore and all is well. This happens with the P07 BIOS that shipped on the mobo (BIOS 1 & 2), and also in P09 which I updated to successfully to see if that would solve the issue. Alas, it did not.

So, fellow Bloodrage owners, I implore you; please help me! I want to overclock my newly built rig.

Is this OC good or too high in volts? I'm using my sig rig D0 Stepping, just got it overclocked to 4.2Ghz, Prime95 Stable for a few hours so far with no errors, highest temp was 75C on one core, rest 72-73. I've got HT on, Turbo Mode always on, EIST enabled, my cpu core voltage was +70mv which brought it to 1.312 according to CPU-Z, +60mv on CPU VTT UnCore Voltage, 1.63 volts in BIOS for DRAM Voltage, IOH Core Voltage is 1.26V, QPI Multiplier x18, Uncore Multiplyer x16, Mem Bus Multiplyer x8.

I've just hit a moral stablity issue...I got a BSOD after 25hrs of prime95 blend.

Is 24hrs considered stable? I would try for more (probably will try to ease down the voltage eventually), but that means a day goes by for every tiny voltage tweak that may not make a difference I was just hoping it would be stable and I would stop it before a bsod.

settings

Next I'll probably turn off HT and see how much farther it will go

I think my board is screwed, it won't even overclock 1mhz without restarting, doesn't matter what settings you put in. If you turn on system turbo in the bios, and leave the settings at stock, it constantly restarts after the post screen. Turning off system turbo makes it work, but that means no overclocking, anyone have any ideas?
