I just received my Gskill Pi 1100's...
I've got them running at 1100 at the moment while my cpu is running at stock speeds. I'm not really understanding the memory strap thing. What to the numbers mean exactly? 2.40B or 2.50A...? I've used that setting before to slow down my memory in order to OC the CPU but I'm not 100% sure what it all means. |
Basically A, B, C, D are straps.
The 2.0/2.4/2.5/2.66 etc are multiplyers...ie you're runnign q9550 at 450fsb, with 2.5A strap your memory would be running at 900Mhz DDR2.
