New Build, Need Help - Page 2

See above, and with a 17", you could still get along just fine with a 4850.

I saw several things that I would change with your build.

You are currently showing a Hdd with 8 mb Cache. Mistake, when 32 mb cache black edition 640 gbs are available.

Second. Do not buy that video card. its Trash. Asus makes Mobos but they pretty much su.. with everything else. Sapphire and HIS are my picks in that catagory. Also check out going with two 4830s in crossfire. Thats the hookup, (I have heard). Please correct me anyone if I am incorrect.

The motherboard and the processor is top notch and the cooler will handle alittle overclock but the Rosewill G5 is my favorite for cheap cooling.

Are you willing to pay HIS $50 to OC it from 750/900 to 780/1000 when you could do it on your own?

is the mobo compatible with the RAM?
No. That MOBO only supports DDR2, and the RAM you picked is DDR3.
