Right now I'm running 1.12V on my NB and 1.456V on my E8400 @ 4.05GHz. I'm wanting to lower my CPU voltage cause I think what I'm running is too high. Temps are good, but I don't like pumping that much juice through it.
Can I raise my NB to allow me to lower the CPU voltage and still hit the same speed? And if so, how high can I go safely on the NB? I've seen people do 1.3V but that's a pretty big jump. Thanks!
