The positive or negative pressure produced by your air flow. Some people prefer one over the other. Just a thought I had a while ago.
I remember a review where the guy used like a acryllic box with a couple of fans in it and a thermometer for ambience temperature. I'm sure he did that for this very reason. Don't remember what the review was for though.

Maybe I take Infrared Thermometer for granted. But the ambient can swing the test all over. I'm just curious as to how cold the acrylic case can keep it. Doesn't acrylic insulate heat? I'm not sure which thread exactly I read it, but I'm sure it was a WC thread discussing a reservoir.

It does insulate heat, you're right. Like I said, I don't remember what he was reviewing. I just thought it was a clever idea at the time.

OP updated. LOTS of new TIMs have arrived.

The TIM that you can't really see is CoolerMaster's Thermal Fusion 400.

Did you include a link to this thread to show how the other companies did respond? And that they're part of the group of companies that I could give a rat's bobo about?

Edit: Except of IC I guess. Their diamond stuff has gotten some crazy rave there for awhile.

You're completely missing half the list!

Here's the rest of what you need:
- Cheese
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayo
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Salt
- Chocolate syrup
- Wax
- Bit of plastic from a thin water bottle
- Super glue (yes really)
- WD-40
- Gasoline (just be careful)
- Ink (ballpoint, fountain, sharpie, whatever)
- Paint (indoor and outdoor both)
- Mercury (again, be careful)
- Air (seriously)
- Bubble wrap (will it pop?)
- Paper (will it burn?)
- A laminated object (will it delaminate?)
- Tape
- Duct tape
