Best Program to record PC Games?

Thread Starter
I want to record some really nice high quality vids of me gaming...what is the best way to do this? I tried fraps, but it came out horribly, are there any settings maybe or whole another program?

BTW these will go on the Youtube, so under 1gb would be nice!

FRAPS works well for me. I would definitely use that.

I'll upload a test video I did of Bioshock.

Set the video capture to half size. Capturing at 1080p was extremely hard for my Q9550 while playing a game but 540p was fine and Youtube HD liked it as well.

To the OP, FRAPS is definitely the best I have used. You can try GameCam but you need to pay for it and I'm not sure how well it works.
FRAPS is not as good as I would like it to be, but it's as good as it gets. Unless you have like two Nehalems, you can't use Virtualdub, and the other options just suck quality wise =\\
