Matters how your bios is set up, but theyre just dividers for the ram. Which underclock that ram and in my case gives me more head room for upping the clock ref and possibly tighter timings. You should run just 2 DIMM's for better overclocks. Sometimes 4 DIMMs at 1066 the mem controller will toss up a white flag.

Ok that Gskill ram looks good but $230???? Seriously will I be able to OC better with it. Tiger direst has Corsair Dominator DDR2 1066 for $75. maybe this i a better route or G. Skill? 9500

The G-Skill PC8800s are 70 bucks on Newegg. They are better then the Dominators, run at a lower voltage and run cooler. Oh, they are 5 bucks cheaper as well it seems.
