Rocketfish Mousepad

Thread Starter
I was just at Best Buy (I know, I know) checking stuff out and came across an interesting looking aluminum Rocketfish mousepad. Well, I was in need of a new one so I figured I might as well try it out. BEST PAD EVER. I seriously love it. It gives me so much more control than my old one it's unbelievable. I seriously recommend it to anyone that sees it at their local Best Buy.

p.s. Unless you have a high-end mouse don't try it out. I used it with my friends mouse and it sucked, but once I got it home with my G9 it was amazing. You need Teflon pads on your mouse to appreciate it.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I've always liked cloth mousepads.

I hope everybody shares my opinion on this and my post wasn't at all misleading. My old mousepad is a piece of cloth crap so anything would be an upgrade, but this is still the best mousepad I have ever used.

I agree with you 100%. Which side do you prefer? I prefer the speed side after using it for probably 8+ months now. I have mine paired with a Razer DeathAdder.

How much was it?

My $7 WOWPAD has served me well but since the Teflon on my mouse is wearing down its also wearing down the plastic pad.

I prefer the control side actually, my mouse is pretty slippery so the speed side is a bit too fast lol.

I used to be the same until I took the plunge one day and got a Belkin Lighted mouse pad. It's so smooth it took me a few weeks to adjust, now anything less smooth feels clunky.

And yeah, it glows. Sold

I have one of these. Used the control side for months until I decided to try out speed again. Gotta say the speed side with the G5 is sooooo smooth. Good mouse pad, very recommended.
