How to extract "Rock Band" songs from the xBox files?

I've hooked it up to my computer via a SATA cable, and have some sort of access to it via the xplorer360 app, but I really want to be able to pull all of my Rock Band DLC off of it and try to extract all the tracks.

Anybody know how to? I've spent hours on Google..
I got it. Now I have a bunch of files.

I've tried to play, extract and do other things to them.

What are these, and how can I manipulate them?

Do make life easier, you would need some sort of hardware.
But nothing too special.

All you need is a typical soundcard. And an RCA to stereo jack converter.
Its simple. You hook up the converter to the Xbox, and the other jack to the line-in of your sound card.

Hope into Audition/whatever, and so you can record the sound coming out of the xbox and into the sound card.

You get in the game,go to the stage.
Cotch in a corner and do NOTHING. (so as to avert any of the action noises you'd make).
And let audition record.
Then you can edit/do whatever to the tracks.

So long as the 360 uses RCA audio out that is - I'm not entirely sure

i doubt theres any way to get them off... if you just want the songs u have 2 choices.. buy them or p2p

if you want to edit the actual game files its impossible... however guitar hero 3 was ported to pc... if you have a target near u its like 10 bucks with the guitar... im sure you can mess with those songs somehow

No, what I WANT is the multi track files!

The guitar stream, bass stream, vocals, etc.

I've found these floating around on torrent sites, and I wanted to do this to my personal tracks.

Have you found out how to do it yet? I want to do remixes and sample out certain drum sounds, etc. I need to get it off. I've managed to put the DLC for the song I want on a USB flashdrive then used modio to get the file onto my PC... But it isn't a certain type of file... it has a bunch of numbers and letters.... So PLEASE send me a link....
