Might be 15th down the list but it's pretty damn close to still being at the top of the heap. Only Titan X/Fury/X and 980Ti are a lot faster.

Good list. I would like to see prices, and maybe specs. Definitely prices though.

Hmm why you have 280X in front of 7970Ghz when they both have the same die and 7970Ghz is actually clocked 50mhz higher than 280X?

Last I checked, 7970 Ghz was around 2-3% faster vs stock 280X.

I think there is a problem with placing R9 390....

All the reviews i have seen indicate that R9 390 is equivalent in performance to R9 290X and to GTX970 - all of these cards are somewhat slightly slower than GTX780 Ti.

So how come now R9 390 is suddenly faster than GTX970 and GTX780 Ti?

This also!

HD7970 GHz is a bit faster than R9 280X in most of the benchmarks i've seen.

Is there a reason why the R7 360 is not on the list?
Hi Anth

The reference GTX 770 has moved down the charts these days, its out done by the 7970GHZ, 280X, R9 380 and R 9 285 now according to TPU with newer drivers on both sides. Its a touch better then the GTX 960 on TPU's test suite.

I would estimate the 7970 non GHZ is maybe still a touch behind due to its lower clocks, no one really tests it anymore though. This also means the 680 also moves down as it's the same card with a different BIOS

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Gigabyte/GTX_980_Ti_Waterforce/23.html

Thanks again for the list, really useful to have a dynamic one like this thumb.gif
