Damn, 940mhz core? im not completely doubting it, but lets make sure that it actually is stable. run gputool for half an hour and if it finds any errors, keep backing the core clock down in 10mhz increments until it can run for 30min straight no errors, if you go lower then 800mhz and you still get errors it may be you just simply cant overclock the memory that high.
The is stable at 940 MHz - 32 min Stability test and no errors (I've stoped it at 33 min)
My problem is the memory clock!

aardwolf if you want a higher overclock you need to increase the voltage. In order to do that you need to get msi after burner (its made by rivatuner). Look at the OP there is a guide. Its a bit old but still works if you have a reference card. If you dont then you need to flash to asus top bios to adjust voltage but be careful.
I will try to rise the voltage, but is there voltage for the core and voltage for the memory, or it's only voltage for the VC?
