Has anyone used Nidec Beta V TA450DC 120 mm fan?

I got some Nidec Beta V TA450DC
model number B31256-33A

has anyone used this fan?

its 120mm x 38mm

at full speed it IS LOUD but not as loud as deltas

the spec says it moves more air than San Ace H1011 and has almost identical static pressure as San Ace

when it was undervolted, the bearing was audible so i put 2 drops of 5w-30(yes engine oil since it has ball bearings) and the bearing noise is gone

back to the topic, anyone tested(own) this fan?

Dell uses a lot of Nidec fans. The weaker ones are ok, but you definitely hear the engine all the time. It is definitely a good fan brand. I do not have much experience undervolting of overvolting it. Dell limits your control over what can be done by the user.

I have some of these that are similar TA450DC B31873-35 that the specs say have PWM and the connector is the same as my Asus M5A99FX mobo but it didn't work. The fans appear to have the power and ground connectors wired correctly but the other 2 wires are yellow and orange, any idea which is which?
