Could be you're using voltage, or it would be that coretemp isnt accurate at reading TDP.

Great news Robilar! I decided to try the 1406 Rampage II Extreme bios, and to my surprise the uncore, QPI Link and ram dividers are no longer locked in my bios! I just thought I would share with OCN.

I just fired up prime again with coretemp on the screen to double check.

It stays and 130w (at 4ghz).
