Megatron should be here tomorrow...I guess that's today now . I might just throw it up to at least 3.0 or so so I can play some games for a bit. I'll mess around and try to get to 4.0 later this week.
Batch # 3849B040 got from Micro Center.

Got it to boot into windows at 4.5ghz (215x21) and could use firefox, but the minute it hit full load, i'd get BSOD. I incremented the voltage up twice, and it lasted a bit longer, and the temp only creeped up to 71 on the hottest core. I may go up a couple more times just to see if i can get it stable.

It wastes so much time but its quite fun

Just plugged in a new D0 revision.

I'm looking at 200x20 with HT on, turbo off, with a vcore of 1.275 in the bios, 1.248 in cpu-z, idling at around 33C, all eight cores maxed out with OCCT I was hitting 55C max with my stock V8 cooler.

This amounts to about .4V less than my C0 needed to reach 3.6MHz. Temps, though, are basically exactly the same.

All in all I'm pretty happy with this new revision. I'll be *really* happy when I sell the C0 that I've got, it's about to go onto the sale board

Your C0 sounds alot like mine. I have a coworker who may be building a new machine, will try to pawn it off on him. Already lapped and everything.

Good luck selling

If you set your multiplier to 20 (or default I guess) sometimes the computer will automatically kick it up to 21 and overclock for you. I have mine set to 21 manually, so turbo is off for me.

Finally stable at 215x21 for 4.51Ghz. Vcore at 1.375.

Temps are:
OCCT load: 72-70-68-64 idle: 48-46-47-43
RealTemp load: 75-73-71-69 idle: 44-43-44-40

So tempting to try for a tiny bit higher, but I may give the ole gal a rest for a week or so

I tested 1 voltage increment at a time to get that high. Think I could get 220x21 at that same voltage, or probably have to bump it up again? With such a big increase required from 4.4-4.5 i'd guess it would require another big bump, throwing temps way too high.

We'll see. Gotta love the D0's!
