Both sides of the 4 TEC's will be covered in custom full cover water blocks, connected to 2 loops. The first one with the CPU,small pump and cold side water block, the second one with radiator,pump,hot side water block. All will be controlled by a control panel with temperature displays and a regulator/potentiometer for TEC voltage. Its going to be as efficient as possible, both in energy and material way's.
You'll actually have to PWM the current not resist the voltage.. You can't realistically resist 150 -200 watts of electricity just imagine how hot that resister would get ! lol you'd have to water cool the resister... Resister are also VERY bad for efficiency
if you PWM it... you'll still be running the 12v, and will get the efficiency at that point, even if just in pulses... if you want to run the efficiency as it would be for the 'effective' voltage, you'll have to cut off the tops of the pulses and fill the gaps with it... iirc thats what capacitors do, no?
