You can read the Air cooling section of this formum before you deside about cooler. There are some cheap and good coolers. Make a list first and then choose.
Do not do it like me. I just enter in a shop and I picked the first cooler I saw. Then I found that I could choose more wise.
Also check if that cooler will support your next CPU (always there is a next CPU)
I dont advice water cooling. Too much trouble, too much money.
Your cable managment is OK. Always there is place for something better. Some guys here are magicians to hide the cables, but as I found after 2 months of daily rebuild the rig not anyone can be magician!
I was building again and again because I had troubles with heat. Now it is OK, I have a very silent (that is important for me) PC and logic temps.
