Newegg may get the cpu's for cheaper but they also had to build their way up, which luckily for them, they grew pretty fast. Even know you may think they're getting a $300 cpu for cheaper, chances are they priced that cpu a bit less than they're cost(they are losing money). This is to bring in customers and hope that they will purchase other items. You guys should be thanking TankGuys. He's managed to stay in business so far, an accomplishment that merits encouragement.
Very true.

Another example, bestbuy looses money on CD's. Their thinking, and they are right, customers grab other things while they are there. Also, their low prices on CDs gives them a following, "loyal" customers start to come in for items like televisions which they overcharge and that is where they make the big bucks. That is where their profit margin is.

Unfortunatly, everyday people, and people like TankGuys can't afford to do that, at least not yet.

When do you think you will be able to widen your product varability? As in, start having computer accessories like case fans, water cooling tubing and other random odds and ends.
