yeah my problem is

1 It's copper

2 im trying to do a REAL good job which means slow

3 i only have 2300 rpm

4 i'm machining very deep and complex channels (the channels are between 9.5 and 8.5 mm deep) .. try and find another block with channels that deep

Well here you go . Unfortunately there are a few mistakes and some changes necessary. IE the holes are wrong... But really the whole thing has come up really nicely.

It's.... BEAUTIFUL! Shame about the holes, you are talking about the ones right at the edges right?

im talking about the mounting holes on the ends they're meant to be 3.7mm not um err 6mm ! i re ran the simulation and on that they're right so im not sure whats happening there .. it's a real shame though cos that means it's rubbish and that's $50 of rubbish
