And you've got some hot spots as well. I've got a hard time believing your calculating at a 2C in/out delta. What kind of "load" are you simulating here?
The other issue with the fins, is you have lots of "Free flow" towards the top of the fins.

Im only seeing 0.5c in/out delta on the surface of the block. Not that I really know what im looking for.

Yeah i'll put some fins back in the center . though not full hight.

im simulating at 600 watts ..
im not sure what you guys are looking at the delta is 6c ish which is pretty clear from the pic ?

can you explain why there's "free flow" at the top or what you mean by that ?

ok i have UP'D THE HEAT LOAD TO 800watts to better see any differences
I have also added some fins to the centre of it ... it's made a big difference

this time the channels have been reduced to 2mm and the fins have been increased to 2 mm

you should think about milling pins... fins will only do so much..

im gonna try to solve the poor performance near the out lets . Now i think what Nol was saying will be the corse .. The outlets are near the top so the velocity of the flow at the bottom will be poor . resulting in poor heat transfer .. im gonna make a change so the inlets are sucking from the bottom and see how it goes.. im picking it will improve the situation though increase it's restriction.
