not enough power? SOlVED - Page 8

Well before you start messing with the connection between the watercooling and the motherboard connection again seen as it is this far, i would clear CMOS, Try changing the RAM around and double check all the connectors. disconnect from the mains also, dont just power off.

I gotta go now but if you don't have any joy with the above I suggest repeating trying all the different things i suggested before.
Change backplate/pins(remove all dont leave one in). It is just a painful process of elimination.
I ended up fixing mine with same issue, by using backplate that came with the MB, Screws that came with the mb & putting washers between the backplate and MB, So the screws went through them.(backplate not actually touching the MB)

And as it is probably the most head wrecking problem I have ever had, I would also suggest taking a break from it or you will go mad. You will get there eventually though, I don't think it will need to be a RMA

Yup. Also, if you have integrated graphics, loose the card and just use that for the video to the monitor.

Try booting with 1 stick of RAM. Also, have you tried to enter the BIOS?

I would say you're making progress and if you're seeing bios load then I'm guessing ram. You can always buy some at microcenter if it doesnt fix it just return it. Microcenter will let you return anything but processors, and sometimes even them.
before you do that, did you not use the mb before with air cooling and was fine? I think a new MB is not the solution.
You could find yourself in the same situation with a new mb
