nah, if it was a dead proc you would hear a long beeping when you tried to post. same if it was a RAM issue. on whim, disconnect and reconnect all of the power connections and make sure they're secure

new video card WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but now computer would restart while loading the vista screen.

now would it be the power supply? i got the geforce gts 250 which require 450 watts min of 24amps on the 12+

my antec is 500 watts max
