my giga- 790GP - UD4H northbridge can not go over 2200

even i added 0.5 voltage, it won't go over 2200Mhz now

i tried 810 and 550BE

both of them wont go over 2200Mhz (200* 11 or 250 * 9)

I have the north bridge overclocked to 2500Mhz a month ago, but now it's not stable and over 2400Mhz, the system wont even boot.

should i rma the board?
