And the multiplier won't go up.( or down )
And the voltage is not what it say's it is.
Asus got some work to do.
Got it to 4ghz anyway. fsb 250mhz x 16= 4 ghz @1.4750v

I've got my 1055t in and running but if I run it at anything other than stock speed...no matter what I set the voltage to manually it jumps to 1.6 on its own!!

Try using phenom msr tweaker.
It worked fine for me.
You can up the multi and voltage and set custom cool and quiet.
It's a ****ty workaround but it works for now.
Got it on 200mhz x 20 MP @ 1.4750v. 45c under full load, 1 hour occt stress tested 64bit linpack.

Edit: sorry I missed the 1055t part...no unlocked multi..

Here is something to look at 2. see how many cores it say's there are?
Can't wait for the bios update....
Or am I the only one with this problem?

Edit: Problem solved. In msconfig I had 4 cpu's startup selected for my Previous setup.
Setting it to auto resolved the problem on reboot.

I have tested NVIDIA's IGPU as a dedicated PhysX option, but it isn't an option really.

If you look through my thread Formula Black Build Log, you will see that I have done what your talking about, also having the same results, but with mx-2, I found you don't need to o.c. the southbridge at all with SLI, and as far as the northbridge heat is concerned, it is mostly due to the voltage on it bumping up, when you put in 1066 ram , or four sticks of 800.

On a side note, I've been trying to contact Asus about a bios update for the Crosshair II to support the upcoming Phenom II 1090T but am going no where, the cpu is currently not supported under the support list they released, if anyone knows anything post back please.

I read a post where a guy was having problems with his NB temps and have to say I have the same issues - MCP 50 to 60c (Asus claims up to 90c as safe if I am not mistaken).

I am running 4x2gb dominators @ 1067 so I tried down clocking to 800mhz and lowering voltage from 2.1 to 1.8 and then removing 2 sticks and neither had any significant result.

And yes I too have massive airflow through the case and across the NB radiator heatpipe (massive high cfm 120mm exhaust fan right at the back top part of the MB along with a couple of other weaker intake fans.)

I am thinking of removing some of the fins off of my cpu cooler in order to place that dinky little fan on the NB radiator - will this help?? Any other suggestions???

I also have set all the voltages to their lowest setting except for vddnb where it appears that voltages can only be added upwards from auto.

Thanks for any help!
