T6400 laptop overclock?

Thread Starter
I have an Asus n80VB laptop with same type of motherboard, with an INTEL MOBILE CORE 2 DUO T6400, SOCKET P 2.00GHZ, PENRYN processor. I would like to overclock but am concerned about CPU temps as I am running a laptop, so far I seem to run around 49-51C. I'm also clueless as to what I should use for overclocking, also would like a better CPU temp monitoring program. I also in this laptop have an Nvidia Geforce 9300m GS that I would like to overclock, and Riva Tuner does not support it. what other options do I have and how do I implent them. Again the same thing for the GPU need a temp monitoring program, and what do I use?
Please help this clueless user. used to overclock, when moving pins was required, yes it's been a really really long time.

From what i can see its a pre-built so the answer is no. Since it is a laptop, i doubt it has a great capacity to overclock, since i tried it on a old laptop, and failed miserably. If i was you DON'T DO IT.
