Found an Mtek k104 with white alps in my family storage unit, cleaned it up and converted it to PS/2 (Sorry for bad quality pictures, only have a cell phone)

There's a switch on the bottom of it labeled A X S, putting it on A makes it work, X and S don't. Anyone know what this switch is for?

also I noticed the pause/break key and blank key inbetween left ctrl and left alt don't funtion in windows, but when testing them with a multimeter shows they do work. Near the blank key there was this point on the circuit board that looked kinda like something was cut off, would soldering this connection back fix it?
