The benchies in the first post are done with a single card, I didn't have crossfire then. They are also done with 64-bit HDR turned on through the config, rather than the normal 32-bit.

Looks normal...renamed to FEAR2.exe:

DX9

DX10 drops to about 30-40fps on Scene 2, for some reason.

This issue with renaming the file causing changes to the FPS is probably occurring because you are running drivers that are older than the benchmark, and there's no SLI profile for this bench. I know for sure the 186.18's for XP 32-bit do not have an SLI profile for this bench.

However, by renaming the file, you're causing the driver to use the SLI profile for a different game. Different names will cause the bench to behave differently, assuming their profile content is not identical.

I posted on this exact subject many, many pages ago ... or maybe it was on the other thread we had going for awhile on this same subject ...

I found renaming the bench to crysis.exe worked quite nicely and bumped my frames by 60% compared to keeping the old name (on XP, with the 186's).

Anyways, this is all 'to be expected', basically

Heres my bechmark

Intel core i7 920 @3.8 plus gtx 285.

for some weird reason, I scored a 110fps+ avg with no AA, but as soon as 8X AA is turned on, it drops to a 30fps avg... that's some insane difference!

I did this when I had my little 9600GT and got around 30 FPS DX10 2xAA MAX, But I haven't tried it with this card, I don't see much point because I have the same baby CPU.

Finished it on PS3 though its kind of a fun game, but nothing special.
