Brkbeatjunkie, I'm not positive but I think that is the voltage control for the chipset on your motherboard (reference clock speed).

Specification wise your power supply is fine. I did the math and you should have around 46 amps total on the 12volt rail. The efficiency rating is at 86% which is great. If you have a multimeter handy you could check the voltages(12volt, 5volt and 3.3volt) to make sure they are within spec. I recommend measuring them at idle and under load. If you decide to do this here is the guide I follow:
