Soldam Windy PC case

Thread Starter
I never thought that I would part with this case, but as I consider the future it is unlikely that I will ever use it.

It seems a waste to simply sit there, even if I like to merely look at it.

So... an appraisal would be nice.
  • New
  • In excellent condition
  • Ships in original box

Please take into consideration that my intention is to make a "good deal", but not an absurd one.

Edited, some how I missed the "New" bullet.

I would agree with naf's post below.

Soldams are so, so sexy. Like a Voodoo modified Lian Li, but off the shelf. Amazing stuff, really.

I think maybe $250 would be fair, though I'm not positive what they cost new.

I was under the impression that this case would run somewhere around $350 new, plus managing to get it to the US (very expensive shipping).

Going by this I would appraise it somewhere around $300, but I am not entirely sure what it cost you new.

At any rate these cases are amazing, and I wish I could even come close to affording one.

Hmm... the fact that Syrillian owned this case makes it more worthwhile.

I say $500-$550 before shipping.

$250 is a bit way too low for that case... but thats just my 2c.

i would personally say $300-$400 +shipping. i'm sad to see it leave your hands syr.

How about $400 shipped? Seems fair to me, just a small premium over other "easier to come by" cases, but still within reach for a lot of our user base on OCN. Good luck with the sale! Just don't count on me being one that considers a $400 case to be "within reach"!

Like I said, I can't find enough info on the retail Windy price, since their website doesn't list it anymore. Plus, he said he wanted to give someone a deal.

Some guy would be very lucky to have a $250 Soldam, I think.

Most of you have no idea what a Soldam costs. This case can not be had anymore. Good luck getting this for 250, as some of you suggest. Shipping from Japan alone costs about 275 for this size case. I say that 350 is a low ball price, while the case is worth more in the area of 450.

I can not believe you are going to let it go.....
