ahh yes, tis' nice to see more people from the UK on here

and sorry to hear you bad newwwss, I would upgrade to a 4890 as while mine was working I did a css stess test & got 340fps with everything full (boom on, af full, aa full etc) which is pretty much awsome.

and yeah, the mobo companies need to add integrated graphics cards, would be alot of help if your graphics card exploded etc >_<

What the hell.

I sent my mobo back on Monday. They then take ages to test my mobo / tell me whats going on and then today, after already having a phone call yesterday in which the guy said they were dispatching my replacement mobo 'today' (yesterday), I get an email saying that the EP45-UD3R is out of stock and they're claiming that it has been discontinued, they want to give me a Asus P5Q turbo which I dont want and is cheaper, which would benefit them...

Anyone recommend a different gigabyte mobo which is just as good/better? All other companies are out of stock and also claiming it is discountinued, why discontinue a brilliant product? :|

I would go with the LANPARTY DK P45-T2RS PLUS
http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/DFI-L...00-SATA-II-ATX

DFI makes great boards for overclocking and they're high quality. Just their RMA department is legally retarded but I've had tolerable experiences with them

NO NO NO!

I have that board, the ONLY plus side, and I mean that is the looks..

It's overclocking is terrible, DFI 'support' is SHOCKING, I have problems with RAM configurations amongst other things...

Please for the love of god do not get this board, there are just so many faults...

ahh, thanks lol, I looked at some reviews but they all said it was a good mobo >.<

The company still want me to have a replacement board but they've stopped selling EP45-UD3R / UD3P's and the only thing I can see that is the same price range is the EP45C-DS3R which has a heatsink rather than a silent pipe & ddr3&ddr2...

It was insured and they said they would give a replacement of the same product if it was damaged, seeing as this is a legal contract do I have any right to say that I either want a replacement EP45-UD3R (which would mean they would have to order another one in) / a full refund?

Thanks again for the help guys,
Dan
