While this applies to all sections of the Marketplace, this seems to increasingly be a problem in the Freebie section in particular.

The main rules which apply in the Freebies section are as follows:-
- Online accounts may only be given away if there is no line prohibiting it in the EULA
- Proof of Purchase must be shown when giving away just CD keys; this may be in the form of the media and/or documentation, or the box.
