Don't worry if you sold the Drake Scale armor, only the Dragon scale.

I put Allistair in full Superior Dragon Scale plate. Tanks dragons like none other now. 75% base fire resist with that + one or two other items. The physical defense ain't bad on it either. Fatigue is a pain in the arse though.

Looks badass too, wish there was a helm to go with it.

Did I miss some stuff in this game? I hear people talk about tanking dragons but for the life of me I only remember 1 actual dragon you fight. The one you get the dragon scale off of. After that you have a "dragon" you can optionaly fight, you guys know who I mean right? Didn't want to mention any spoilers.

There are supposed to be 3 Dragons from what I've read, 2 of them you just mentioned, the third I have no clue yet.

I'm pretty sure I know about the 3rd "dragon" as well. Although I think that would be another spoiler. Regardless I will say I only view 1/3 to be actual dragons.

This game rocks. Only thing I wish is that there were more big enemies to fight. Or perhaps have some enemies respawn in areas. I realise that could break the balance of the game so maybe if you could only implement it after you've beated the game once.

You can buy the spellward from the guy in your camp.

I'm not sure I know of that trick. I found as many side quests as possible, and I also used the memory ring (DLC) which boosts xp, and the Archivist's Belt (Denerim shop) which boost xp you gain from the codex.

Sure.

Effort
-helmet (Duty) You have to have your dog in your party and tell him to search for something in the Deep Roads.
-chest (Effort) Is looted from the big blob things corpse you fight in the Deep Roads when doing the Golem quest.
-boots (Effort) You buy these from the merchant in Dust Town
-gloves (Effort) You find 4 piles of rubble at Caridin's Cross that contain a codex each and then a chest appears somewhere in one of the caves that contains them.

Legion
-gloves, boots, helmet, and chest pieces are found throughout the Deep Roads in those coffin like things, the shield is bought from Ruck down there.

Helm of the Deep (which is whats pictured),is the same thing as the Legion helmet but with some better attributes. It's DLC. The chest, gloves, and boots make the set bonus.

Divine Will
-chest is purchased from Ruck in the Deep Roads.
- I'm not sure if there is more to this set as this is all I've found. It doesn't show a set bonus so I dunno.

Helm of Honnleath is DLC.
Commanders Helm, probably from a merchant somewhere I can't remember.
Rock Knocker is also found on the big blob thing in the Deep roads
Eamon's Shield is in Redcliffe Vault
Howes's Shield is found in Arl of Denerim's Estate

Wardens Keep also gives you a storage chest, the best sword in the game, and a couple of items. Oh, and 2 more merchants. The storage chest alone is worth it IMO. Of course I like to keep everything.

This is my current character:

With Arcane warrior for the gear and abilities, blood mage to ignore the fatigue penalty and cast from health you end up with a monster.
What does she look like without the spells on? I'm curious as to what you have equipped.

Does anyone know what The Bad Luck Charm does?

Although the storage chest is extremely nice, Bioware just came out with a mod for a storage chest in the party camp.

I'm definitely going to have to agree that Warden's Keep was an excellent DLC, Starfang is insance, not too mention the quest was very intriguing although a bit short.

Is there a level cap in the game? I was thinking could I play it through twice with the same char (a mage in this case) and make him into an equally strong warrior to ware the cool armour and stuff as well as being magically strong?
