I like the look of this idea smile.gif you should think about doing the window hinge mod with this new side panel too - I can definitely see the benefit in it.

of course if I actually do this I'll have to order a new side panel because of the holes I drilled for the current window mod. tongue.gif

Would the existing side panel not be reusable? You are thinking of performing the same mod after all tongue.gif

yes but the measurements will be different and I want to have a clean mod and not have any ghetto cuts left over from my earlier noobish attempts. biggrin.gif

Whats up guys! T77 is back on OCN and will be keeping our community up to date~thumb.gif

I was thinking we could try something semi-new and post pics of our entire desktop setup, {including your Tempest of course wink.gif} also list your latest hardware upgrades! I will start, when I first built my rig I was running an AMD Athlon x2 (on air) with two Evga 9600GT's, then I upgraded to a Phenom II quadcore and two GTX-285's. Now I have converted to Intel and got an i5-750 (on water), Asus Maximus board, Kingston 2133mhz ram, and a huge Asus GTX-570. Now I am saving up for a 256Gb SSD to give my Tempest that extra kick in performance and that will be all for now. I am satisfied with the overall performance of my rig and will continue rocking the Tempest for generations to come. smile.gif

Well the picture is a tad bit old but the setup is almost 100% the same, just remove the 23" monitor to the left, slide the 25" to the left and copy and paste an Achieva Shimian IPSI 27" 1440P monitor in the primary monitor position. thumb.gif

Will post an updated picture later. Oh and welcome back. cheers.gif

Why thank you so much, however I think my desk is ugly because of all the scratches. However I don't have 1K to blow on a classy tempered glass desk. kookoo.gif
