Yeah! Reply was within 1 day but it got sent to my junk mail so i didnt see it.
So by these specs it should be able to fit with ease inside the HDD bays.

Yeah - that was sweet of them to send through the diagram !!

SO I make it you have 25mm clearance from diagram measurements, yeah ??
But I would allow 4mm for each of the top and bottom port's caps which is on those rads.
They are on the drawing but no measurement is supplied, I just measured a Bitspower one on my Alphacool and it sticks out 4mm)
Which still still leave about 17mm - heaps of room to play with different mounting options.
Great !!!

EDIT - I haven't taken into account how much your "new" HDD mounts hang down, not sure if your told us how much yet - sorry.
So above numbers don't take that into account

The fillport plugs are 7mm according to specs, also all i have right now is a crappy ruler, going to have to measure it tomorrow.
What i could also do is take out my dvd drive and just trash it or something as its useless to me basically

Ah i have an idea, ill cut the plastic bottom of my fan controller off, that way ill be able to mount my HDD upsidedown without it hitting the fan controller!

Now we're talkin' !! thumb.gif

I may have been a bit ambitious stating I could hide all accessory power cables.
Fan cables from front rad been doing my head in !!
I just want it finished, but at same time want to do it right.
I think tomorrow will be leak testing.
Today - have to go to get my camera back.

Saw your rig pics other day, with window on and the green lights on was hard to see exactly.
Where / how is current rad mounted (can see tubing going out the back mad.gif) and what pump/s are you running ?
Can you supply link to the HDD bay adaptor you have ? sounds like a right royal PIA !!!

At times I wish I hadn't sleeved all my cables first.
It more than doubles the size of each wire and when hiding in places which are tight that extra width it's frustration.
I knew most of the cables would be hidden BUT wanted sleeved them anyway weirdsmiley.gif

Mines mounted like the single HDD mount they pictured, but on the very bottom screw holes, as you can see it makes it barely stick out of the actual rail mounts.

Here is my rig in sunlight, but no longer has the 5870 anymore tongue.gif
running a 355mcp with xspc res top

EDIT: Probably sticks out around 0.5cm, maybe a bit less

Hey guys,
Here is update on my build as of today, well more going backwards than anything I think.
Something went astray with measurements on the Blu-ray drive, to get it to sit flush with front had to remove the QDC fittings from top rad (no major drama I suppose)

Didn't measure at all the height required for drain tap - was still waiting arrival) too high so can't fit the drain tap.

Top rad fans wired into "FINAL" position, top cover fits on easily still.
Front fans wires next to get up top - easy, prob just need to cut, re-pin & plugsome extensins I have to correct length.
And the wire with yellow tape is the Blu-ray power cable so 15 mins and that should be done also.

and finally for this update here is the "nearly" hidden cable for SATA power and 12v 4 pin power
The wires in background in this shot are the front rad fan's, so just need to tuck up and make extensions to correct length
