I could always switch one of the fans but that is more work to do with no real benefit.

Thoughts or arguments?

To be honest, I like how NZXT did it. I have my case on my desk, and the last thing I need is an LED fan blinding me all day. When I replaced the fans in my case, I didn't put LED fans back there. If I want to light up a PC, I prefer indirect light from cathodes (much more even anyways) as it gives more emphasis on the components. Looking directly at LED fans is not my taste, as it draws too much attention towards a $8 fan instead of people looking at my several hundred dollars worth of parts.

It all really comes down to personal preference, and in all reality this case isn't expensive (but it is the best for it's price bracket imo) so changing it to fit your taste really isn't that difficult or annoying. Just take a look at the cases in this thread, we all have customized them to our personal liking, just the way it should be.

That's my 2 cents.

Valid reasoning.

My previous case was an Apevia that i had crammed with the max amount of fans. At one point it had all LED fans in it.

As you can see the case was lit up pretty nicely and I loved how it looked. I have a terrible camera and it doesn't pick up on the LEDs very well, but they really weren't all that bright.

When it comes down to it I will probably end up lighting the inside of my EVO up a little better, the tinted window is cool looking and I am curious to see how it would look with more light inside.

sorry no diss but **** case imo. my brother has one and we got a really good deal on it and i still wish he didnt get it. The cuts are bad, mounting is terrible. Although it does look really good and have alot of mod potential

Edit* i rate cases based on how easy it was to put the comp together and wether or not i almost cut myself 500x.

Haha I never cut myself once, and I have taken this machine apart and put it back together about 12 times. I felt like the whole computer basically fell together, it was that easy. But to each his own.

I didn't experience the regular tempest but the process of swapping my hardware to the Tempest EVO was a fairly painless process.

I did have me and a second person working on it but really, it was actually enjoyable for me. It sounds to me like you had one experience and are allowing that to entirely dictate your feelings, which seems normal for people in the computer world to do - no judgement calls here though so feel free to speak your mind or expand and I may continue this discussion if you do as well. Thank you for your comment.

Sorry i guess i wasnt clear. Basically its a beatiful case but i dont like it. (i tend to exaggerate alot the case is not ****). I'm just a sucker for quality and id rather get an antec 300 which is smaller and uglier then the tempest due to the build quality issues. Although from reading the reviews and your guys's comments the one my brother has might be faulty or badly built.
