I'm starting to regret my purchase and feel I should have purchased the Antec 900 or 900 Two instead. So what's your experience with them?
I personally haven't had to contact Nzxt's RMA department, but my buddy requested new blue led's for the front bezel because they were dead and Nzxt sent him a new set and an extra set of wired/sleeved leds in about a week.

One of my LED strips has gone weak but I don't care. The front of my case faces the wall and I can just take them out if they die, no biggie.

Thanks for the replies. I think as soon as I mentioned my frustration, CC'd three other departments, and expressed that I should have gone with Antec, Ryan FINALLY responded back. I did receive the front panel two days after posting my previous message. This is actually the second RMA request I made with them, and the first request took about three weeks to get fulfilled. This RMA took about a month to get fulfilled. Just to give you an example of how disorganized they must be over there, Ryan sent me a tracking number for my first RMA, which he said was the tracking number for this second RMA. Whatever, it's a moot point and I did receive the replacements. I just wish they were more timely, efficient, and responsive.

Thanks again for the replies, civixboi and T77.

I also had to deal with something similar. My PC fell off my desk one night (headphones) and the case handled the fall quite well, in fact my pc would have stayed running if the power cord hadnt come out. anyway, it did break one of the runners on the front of the top panel, so i emailed NZXT and they said they would replace it. after about a week i got the top panel for the older Tempest, not the evo, so i had to get ahold of them again to resolve it...... which they eventually did......
It also broke some parts of the front panel but nothing on the outside and it still snaps into place fine..

How are the Tempestees doing?

Mine is still working fine. I still wanna remove the mesh over the top 140mm fans but I don't wanna cut them cause they will look ghetto and I don't wanna take the motherboard out to get the screws.

But nowadays I seem to have less time to work on my computer unless something goes wrong, and instead work on my bike or do some work or something.

I think the mesh is only held in by metal tabs under neath the cover. My Tempest is doing good, I just bought a whole bunch of water cooling gear and will have new pics up soon.

but for now...here is an updated video of Freeman's Box.

THIS is my friend johnnyfive's case and I bought his entire loop except for the board/gpu blocks. My setup will be very similar to his. The loop will fit with no problems people also said that the Tempest is bad with cable management, but I had no problems with that either.

I seriously LOVE your setup!! I love the theme and how clean it is. I want to do something similar, but with a clean WoW/Horde theme. I just wish I had time.

Keep up the excellent work!

Yeah I have put a lot of time into this mod, but you should build a WoW/Horde themed rig man. Just work on it little by little, here and there. Take your time and it will be worth it! thats what I did, by the time I was fully finished with this build Half-Life 2 started becoming an old game lol!

Thanks man! +1 for you
