Yeah I was thinking about something like a Tribal Overkill res divided in the middle with a 5-6" diam and 14" tall. I'm not sure yet though but I'll pling if I decide. I'm currently looking for something ready made.

I will start on the 3-bay waterfall reservoirs sometime tomorrow. I need to do some more designing and get my numbers together. As expensive as polycarbonate is I cannot afford any miscalculations.

More soon

I was wondering if there is any possibility in getting a 4-bay waterfall reservoir. Thanks.

I already have an order for a custom 4 bay reservoir with client specified internals and would gladly take orders for other custom sizes/internal arrangements. Depending on the extra material and labor required the price will be adjusted upwards.

PM to place your order.

Thanks

Here is exactly what I will be making.

To explain the drawing: it is a side view of the reservoir drawn exactly to scale. The transparent gray bars indicate .125" wide x .22" deep grooves cut into the sides to allow for tabbed optical bay fitment. The round blue circles indicate drillings to accomodate tool-less optical bays. The 4 corner holes on each side will be tapped for 6-32 screws (provided). The dark blue rectangles on the perimeter left and top indicate the G-1/4 port locations. The top port is recessed. All the polycarbonate pieces are light blue.

This design reverts back to my original design and has the most flow and least splash of the designs I've tried. The three identical falls are set far enough back from the front panel to keep splashing and beading to a minimum.

I have a 48" x 48" piece of .22" MAKROLON to work with and will make as many reservoirs as the material allows. I am guessing I have enough material to make 6 reservoirs if I don't make any mistakes. Depending on how long these take and the demand for them I amy make more...but don't count on it.

So far I have definite orders for 3 reservoirs. If you are interested in obtaining one of these PM and place your order now.

Thanks

Enough to make 5 3-bay reservoirs. The sides are slotted to receive the tabs found on so many cases and each side has 6 precisely located tapped holes that will allow most tool-less systems to register the reservoir body in the optical bay. Of course you can also use screws

I saved enough material to make a custom reservoir for Daveleaf who was kind enough to make a deposit and hash out the details for his 5-Bay unit that will feature an integral pump housing. This should be interesting...

Looks like this:

But I'll be angling the two small shelves to form pools.

So 2 of the 3-bay reservoirs are spoken-for, that leaves three for sale. If you are keen to have one of these (I have certainly fielded a few PMs about them) now is the time to get your mitts on one.

They are very tedious to make. Not just time consuming....tedious so I am only going to make them if there is a strong demand. No demand? No reservoirs...no biggy. I have lots of other ideas that are not nearly so tedious

PM to pre-order one of these polycarb 3-bay waterfall reservoirs.
