Good choice in material CD! The polycarbonate is excellent to work with. I use that as an alternative to acrylic as much as possible.

Yeah it cuts cleaner...no slag...and doesn't have such a hideous odor going through the saw. Even the snow seems to be less annoying. I am guessing it probably sands better than acrylic too...guess I'll find out this afternoon.

Sands pretty well. I had finished my panels for the polycarbonate case a few weeks back. They get a very clear optical finish on the edges, but it takes a bit more work than the acrylic IMO. I suppose since its a harder material. Just one suggestion though...I would keep some sort of wrapping on all the side panels when you glue and/or ship. Polycarbonate scratches like no other...

and yes...booooo to hideous smelling acrylic

I frosted this one in and out in the blast cabinet. Fits both the CoolerMaster Cosmos 1000 I have sitting here and the newly arrived Antec 1200 for Xpert's Glowfall.

Ten hours lol....

Needs to cure. I might frost the back side of the edge of the Window panel. Then a test with some blue dyed water.
