The bonding of finished panels is always nerve-wracking for me as this step is very much akin to the point of no return. Once the bonding is done there is no going back.
Fortunately the panels are all quite different in appearance so errors in bonding really aren't an issue, never-the-less I still get all antsy.
I start by thoroughly cleaning the panels with an acrylic cleaner that rids the pieces of static and any residual acrylic dust and rouge:
Then the assembly of begins:
Once the panels have all been bonded I remove the remainder of the protective-backing from the outside-faces of the panels.
And the finished Shell:
