[Official] Lancool Dragonlord Owners Thread!! - Page 151

Hey guys! New Dragonlord K58W owner here. Built my new rig and i'll have some pictures up next week. Doing a H100 install so im sure some of you might want to see that.

I honestly love this K-58W. My old case looked like a spaceship and now being a little older/wiser I wanted something classy and functional. The window cutout on the K58W is clean and simple, and just fit what I was looking for.

The downside is the inside isnt painted black. Maybe one day i'll paint it, but for now it works.

Cant wait to get this H100 installed along with the Lian Li triple bay fan cage I ordered. Oh yea, I also bought the NMEDIAPC LCD-Pro to put in. lol Got a lot going on this week.

I also have to do a tiny bit more cable management because there isn't much room behind the motherboard tray (another complaint) and even with a modular psu I had to use a bit of force to get the back panel on.
No problem! After I rotated the HDD cage I found more space to work with. My PSU has flat cables which makes everything much easier. A little more space would definitely be nice for those who don't have a modular PSU.

So does anyone own one of the side panels with the fan mounts?

I know both the silver arrow and d14 will fit...pretty sure the frio is fine and have no idea on the 240.

I made some changes to the case to improve my temperatures a bit. That 6950 kept getting pretty hot. Sorry for the crappy pictures.
Top, with ssd and samsung hybrid hdd:

Full:

Bottom:

Work space:

I got my temps down nicely that way. My GPU temp went down about 8 degree celcius and the CPU about 5.

Well, the Corsair H100 is officially inside of my K58W. =)

Obviously there arent 120mm holes at the top, but I was able to just screw the fan to the radiator and it seems to be holding very tight. Wanted to put some rubber pieces in between(for vibration) but I was struggling too hard by myself so ended up just using screws.

Had to use 2 black zip ties to hold one of the fans because screws were hitting one of the inner supports. Also had to snip a piece of the left most support out to bring the pump/cpu block part through.

The only downfall is that you cant do push/pull with this case, but my fans pushing out have my temps ridiculous right now. HW monitor is showing 22-23c with fans on high.

Love this thing! Wasnt too excited about cutting a piece out of my case, but it had to happen! lol

I'm not entirely sure. I could measure inside my case if you know which rad you'll be using. I know many others in this thread have posted pics of WC setups...just gotta back track to find 'em.
