I figured this out after I got my CPU Power pin in, but take off the top fan. Much easier to manouver around now and get your fingers in.

Then I found this great forum and greater thread about this beauty. So in a couple days I will be a proud owner of this sexy thingy.

I have read al 56 pages (took me 3 days ). But I have a couple of questions. I would like to order with the k-62 a fancontroller. I am torn apart between the the Scythe Kaze Master Ace 5.25 or the NZXT Sentry 2.

The Scythe has can controll 4 fans, while the NZXT can controll 5 fans. I know that the K-62 has 4 fans, but I am going to put an extra fan in the 5.25 bay for extra intake.
The NZXT has a touchdisplay. The nice thing about the Scyte is that the LCD is almost complete blue, match perfect with the case. While the NZXT has some other collors in the LCD. So which would you guyes take? The Scyte or the NZXT.

Next question. Like said I want to put an extra intake fan in the 5.25 bays. Which one should I take, an 120 mm or an 140 mm fan? And what is the easiest way of installing them? I saw some bay fans and someone used a band ( ), but I also saw some people just use tiewraps. So what is the best way to install theme?

Can't wait for this beauty
Congratulations! You're going to be the proud father of a K62! =)

Okay, so for fan controllers, I would actually look at the Lamptron FC-5. You can adjust it to any color you want, in this case, blue. It also has a whopping 30watts per channel (4 channels total). That's enough to power your house! Okay maybe not haha, but it is enough to power multiple high speed 38mm fans if you every wanted to go that route, plus, it looks amazingly sexy.

As for the 120mm or 140mm fan in the 5.25" bay, you'll want to pick up a 120mm fan, as I've tried putting the 140mm in (and it will fit, but you will lose the 4th bay (above it) as it's just a touch too big. I ended up using a Scythe Kama Bay Plus in my drive bays and it worked out perfectly. There are some other options out there as well though.

Here are some images if it helps.

I have the Kaze Server fan controller. It gives a couple more options on controlling the fans and can handle a bit more power on each channel. You can pair up fans (like the roof fans) or connect more together using fan Y adapters. Koolance makes one that allows connection of up to 4 fans together.

Either 120mm or 140mm will fit in the drive bays but I found it easier to use a Kaze Maru because its 140 size with 120mm mounting points. 1200rpm is reasonably silent and the 800rpm would be silent. Tie wraps or rubber bands will do the trick. If you want a matching Lian Li blue LED fan, you can get it from Performance PCs.

Thnx xmisery. I have to look if we here in the Netherlands have the Lamptron FC-5. You people in Canada and the USA can order everything you think about. Same goes for the Scythe Kama Bay Plus. It seems it is hard to find it here. But it is a very lovely mod.

Thnx for the images, they help alot! Cheers mate!

Well I live as said in The Netherlands. So I want to order the Yate Loon 140 mm. I have read that is the same ast the Lian Li. But do you say that an yate loon (or Lian Li) 140 mm will fit in three bays? Because xmisery says that when you use 140mm fan it will use a bit of the fourth bay. And that isn't an option for me, because I want to use one bay for DVD-player and one bay for a fancontroller. So I can only use a 3 bay option.

Thnx for the help guyes!

Next weak my sweatheart will arrive

It's only slightly bigger than 3 bays. The fan controller has lots of empty space behind it, that you can use for a little bit of fan. Optionally there is also room above the top bay.

Edit: added pics

I love this case. I didnt expect it to break so easily. The power button connected to the metal frame, when pushed, it gets pushed down far enough where you can hear a crack sound when the case is all put together. When I take everything apart and push the power button up and then click the power it turns on. So its not broken just out of alignment. What do all think is the easiest way to fix this?
